On The Day
Foodi recommends that you bring weather-appropriate gear with you on the tour, including hats, sunscreen, umbrellas, and comfortable shoes. This tour involves a lot of walking, for stretches of up to 15 minutes at a time, but it is by no means arduous.
It is also recommended that you bring along a bottle of water to stay hydrated, and to help cleanse the palate between tastings.
There are also several fun activities you can participate in during the course of this tour to help you learn about chocolate. For this, you will need to prepare the following:
A bar of plain, store-bought chocolate. Plain milk or dark chocolate without additional flavours is preferable, such as a chocolate frog.
Bottle of water and crackers (to cleanse the palate)
Participation in these activities is optional, but highly recommended to get the full Foodi experience.
